New Apps: SABnzbd and VNC - Bytesized Hosting

I've just added an other BySH app: SABnzbd. Since I don't own any usenet accounts myself I would appreciate if anybody could let me know in the comments if everything is working and if any important settings are perhaps missing.

I also added an other app, that you might be familiar with: VNC. As always please let me know if everything is working as expected.
