Summer cooldown - possible support delays - Bytesized Hosting

Hi guys,

So it's that time of year again, summer is upon us and that means winding things down while we enjoy the sun.

Alchemist, our lead support, is the first one to enjoy some well earned downtime from the 28th of June to the 12th of July I will be taking over his lead support duties.

Then on the 1st of August till the 14th of August I, Animazing, will be taking some time, luckily Alchemist will be back to care for you all but it's possible that lower level things might hang around a bit longer then usual.

Please expect slower ticket responses during these windows. We will also be more lenient with box deletions during the aforementioned periods since we are probably not the only ones enjoying some off-time.
