Getting Started

Setting up plexpy is pretty self explanatory, but it is crucial to choose the right IP or else plexpy will not work properly.

During setup you will be offered two IPs, one is an internal Plex IP address and the second will be your server's external IP address. If you choose the internal IP, plexpy will stop working since this IP changes every couple of days. You will know which IP is the external IP because the 'remote server' box will be checked automatically.

Pretty/secure URL not working

Sometimes Tautulli forgets about our pretty URL system. If that happens stop the app, edit the config file in ~./config/tautulli/config.ini locate http_proxy = 0 under [General] and make sure it's set to 1 instead: http_proxy = 1 and start it back up.
