Tautulli

Tautulli (formerly known as PlexPy) is a third-party monitoring and statistics application that runs alongside your Plex Media Server. It tracks everything that happens on your server — what was watched, who watched it, when, where, and how.

Setting up with Plex

Once Tautulli is installed, go to Settings → Plex Media Server. At the bottom of the page, click Fetch Token and sign in with your Plex account. Once done, select your server from the Plex IP Address or Hostname dropdown and press Verify.

Troubleshooting

Pretty/secure URL not working

If Tautulli loses its URL configuration, stop the app, then edit ~/.config/tautulli/config.ini. Under the [General] section, find http_proxy and make sure it is set to 1:

http_proxy = 1

Save the file and restart Tautulli.
