Transfer data from other seedboxes to your Appbox via VNC by using FTP

If you prefer FTP, you can use it to transfer data from other seedboxes to your Appbox by installing VNC and using Filezilla that is preinstalled.

• You need to install VNC from the list of applications by clicking Install Application in the top right corner of your Account details:

• You will also need to install a client that suits you by following this page.

After you are setup and connected to VNC via your VNC client, go to your "start menu" and start Filezila.:

• When you launch filezila, in Host, Username and Password type out the details of your old seedbox and then press Quickconnect . In order to sucessfuly transfer your data to your Appbox you will need to type out your Home folder into Local site which can be found in your Box details . For example:

/home/hd1/alchemist/

After you put your Home folder as shown in a picture above ,you can add a folder where you will put your data and you are ready .
