Migration Steps

1. Sign Up for Bytesized

Choose a plan. Server ready in under 2 minutes.

2. Transfer Media

This depends on where your ElfHosted media lives:

If on cloud storage (Google Drive, etc.): Install Rclone on Bytesized and sync from your cloud storage:

rclone sync gdrive:/Media/ /data/ --progress --transfers 4

If using Real-Debrid: Debrid content isn't persistent — there's nothing to transfer. Start fresh with the Arr stack on Bytesized for building a real library.

3. Install Apps

On Bytesized, install your media stack from the dashboard:

• Plex or Jellyfin (one click)
• Sonarr, Radarr, Prowlarr (one click each)
• Download client (one click)
• Any other apps you need

If you exported Sonarr/Radarr backups from ElfHosted, restore them here.

4. Set Up and Verify

Add library folders in Plex/Jellyfin. Confirm everything streams. Set up automation.
